An alarm is only as effective as the response it gets. In 99.5% of cases, our experienced, incentivised operators take action well within 180 seconds, and contact the emergency services and key holders as required.
We audit our performance to ensure compliance on a regular basis, whilst always looking to improve our processes through training and new technology.
We work with the UK’s leading independent Alarm Receiving Centre, we monitor Intruder Alarms to BS5979 and NSI standards. Our Alarm receiving center provides gold standard monitoring including CSL DualCom, Redcare, Emizon, WebWay and many more.
